Pregnacare new mum's advanced formula includes specialized nutrients such as marine collagen, citrus bioflavonoids, silicon and grape seed extract, plus essential vitamins and minerals.
Biotin, selenium and zinc contribute to maintaining hair health.
Biotin and niacin contribute to maintaining skin health, and vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for optimal skin function.

Adults: 2 tablets a day, after the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold liquid.

Pregnacare new mum can be administered at any time after birth. It can be given even if you are not breastfeeding. As with other dietary supplements, seek expert advice before use if you are under medical supervision, suffer from epilepsy, thyroid conditions, hemochromatosis, food allergies or are allergic to one of the ingredients. This product contains iron, which in excess can be harmful to small children.
